How do I join the server?

Join our Discord and apply: BEYOND is allowlisted. Then install FiveM and press Play now. The new player guide in the wiki walks you through the rest, from making a character to your first paycheck.

Do I need roleplay experience?

No. Every new character is shown a city guide before choosing a path, and the wiki explains the rest. Read the rules before you start.

Is it free to play?

Yes. Memberships are optional, and all purchases go towards development and staffing costs.

How do I join the police, EMS or another department?

Those departments are staffed by players. Ask in our Discord how the one you are interested in is recruiting.

How do I receive my subscription benefits in-city?

Subscription benefits are automatically applied to your character via Cfx ID. If you are subscribed to a tier which includes staff intervention, or require assistance, please make a Support Ticket in our Discord.

What is your refund policy?

We do NOT offer refunds on digital products including subscription-issues or any packages listed herein. Please be sure you are purchasing the correct package/subscription. For billing issues, please contact our Support in Discord.

I've purchased tokens, now what?

Token purchases require staff and development intervention. Please make a Support Ticket in our Discord.

What is Tebex credit and how do I use it on the store?

Tebex credit is issued in instances of compassion as a good-will gesture by our management. Credit must be redeemed through the Support Center in our Discord.
